September is Su***de Prevention Month. We are sharing words and reminders from a local non-profit, Embracing Imperfections, working to prevent su***de among all ages. You are important here.

🩵 Sometimes the hardest words to say are, “I need help.”

But you don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. Talk to someone you trust. Check in on the person who’s been a little quieter lately. Ask the question, even if you’re not sure what to say next.

We can’t always see what someone is carrying. A conversation, a check-in, or simply reminding someone they’re not alone can matter more than we realize.
