Holiday 2024 Office Closure
Thanksgiving
We will be closing at 1pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 and we will be closed Thursday 11/28/24 and Friday 11/29/24. We will reopen on Monday 12/2/24.
Christmas & New Year
We will be open on Mon 12/23/24. We will be closed Tue 12/24/24 through Wed 1/1/25. We will reopen Thur 1/2/25.

Attention patients:

We will be reopening on June 1, 2020 to see patients, by appointment only. We are unable to see walk-in patients. The following is a list of some of the changes that we have made.

1. All patients must have an appointment. We.
cannot see walk-in patients.
2. For adult patients, only the patient may enter
the building.
3. For pediatric and special need patients, only
the patient and one healthy adult may enter
the building. We ask that the companion
wear a face covering at all times (please
bring your own).
4. All persons entering the building will be
subject to temperature checks and health
screening questions.
5. The day before your appointment, we will
call you to ask you health screening
questions.
6. Upon arrival to our office, please remain in
your vehicle and call us to let us know that
you have arrived. We will again ask you
health screening questions. You will wait
in your vehicle until we have a room ready for
you. Prior to entry to the building, we will be
taking your temperature.
7. We have hand sanitizer and ask that you use
it upon entering the office.
8. Our waiting room will no longer offer
magazines, children’s toys, etc since those
items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
9. Appointments will be managed to allow for
social distancing and extra cleaning and
disinfecting between patients. That might
mean you have fewer options for scheduling
your appointment.

We look forward to seeing all of you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you safe in our practice. Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust, loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.

We take the health and safety of our staff, patients, and families very seriously. After careful consideration, we have decided to follow the recommendations of the Michigan Dental Association and close our office for 2 weeks. We will be in the office this morning, tomorrow and Friday morning (March 18-20). We will then be closed from March 23 through April 3, and reopen on Monday, April 6th. If you have an appointment during the closure, a staff member will be reaching out to you to reschedule.

If you are a patient of record and have a dental emergency during our office closure, you may call the office and listen to the voicemail for instructions on what to do and how to contact Dr. Haack.

Dear patients,

We care greatly for the health of our staff, patients, families, and all who enter our office. In addition to our hospital grade sterilization and disinfection of our office, we are routinely disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces, such as door handles, counters, chairs, etc.

During this unprecedented time, we ask for your help in keeping our staff and other patients healthy. We ask that you limit yourself to one healthy companion to your dental visit. We also ask that if you are feeling ill, or have had recent contact with anyone who is feeling ill, that you reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office.

It's that time of year again! Back to school time! The start of school is right around the corner and most parents are busy getting their children ready for the first day- getting backpacks, school supplies, shoes and clothes. Just a reminder, dont forget to schedule your child's dental cleaning appointment! (And yours too!) While our hygiene schedule does fill up fast, the schedule is always changing and we do still have openings before school starts!
