Partners in Dental Care, NE GR, is looking for an RDH sub for a maternity leave. We are looking for 2 days (monday - wednesday, you pick whatever works in your schedule) per week starting 5/1 til mid-July. Hours are 8-5, 1 hour lunch, 60 minute prophys.
PIDC uses dentrix and has an amazing, helpful staff.
We are hoping to fill the need with 1 hygienist if possible. PM if you are able.

Why DNS?

Dental Staffing Network was created and founded by a Registered Dental Hygienist to connect a network of Dental Professionals. Carlee Bueche, RDH, BS has been in the dental field for almost 20 years and understands the struggles of trying to find a temporary employee. Carlee has worked as a full-time Dental Hygienist in private practice. She was responsible for finding temporary employees for herself and other hygienists. After calling from outdated lists, emailing candidates, or posting online and waiting, there was barely any response- she realized it is a waste of time and money for both her and her employers with no positive outcome. Carlee has also been a full-time sub and experienced the struggles on that end. Struggles like having the uncomfortable conversations about what she wanted to be paid, or showing up at an office who does not have the right PPE available. Dental Staffing Network provides that information upfront in the candidates and the office profiles. DSN allows employers a complete database of available temporary and/or full-time employees to save time, money, and peace of mind.
