It’s normal for your teeth to feel a little sore after getting braces or following an adjustment. The good news? It usually gets better within a few days! 🌙

Here are a few tips to help you stay comfortable:

• Use orthodontic wax if a bracket or wire is causing irritation.
• Brush and floss before bed.
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
• Try sleeping with your head slightly elevated if you’re feeling sore.
