Here's to all of the dental hygienists who feel undervalued, underpaid, undermined, unappreciated, and unheard. With our heads down, we grind day after day for the love of our patients and a passion for our profession in our hearts. We do this for that one patient that says thank you and I appreciate your care. May we always remember our value and our significant contribution to overall health. A special thank you to my hygienist, Rhonda Evans, RDH at Top Pick, who shows up for her patients, many of them medicaid based and undeserved in our community, and provides quality and compassionate dental care. I am forever grateful for all that you do each and every day that you give your selfless contributions to the patients and my practice.
