Dear Patients of Family Oral Health Care,
With the recent alerts of COVID-19, Coronavirus, we understand potential concerns you may have as a patient. On behalf of the entire staff here at Family Oral Health Care we want to assure you that in times of uncertainty, the safety of our patients and staff remains our highest priority. We will be following additional safety precautions for the foreseeable future. While ensuring cleanliness is part of our daily routine and of utmost importance to our practice, we know it may be more "behind the scenes" and not a process of which our patients are entirely aware. We want you to rest assured that we keep a safe environment for you, your family, our staff, and our doctors, especially amidst pandemic concerns.
In addition to our regular cleaning/disinfecting of areas, we are also taking extra precautions and disinfecting those high touch/high traffic areas--those areas include our reception area, front desk.
We are also asking our team and patients to adhere to the following guidelines:
If you are exhibiting any symptoms of the virus (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, etc) have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or visited an affected area in the past 3 weeks, please call to reschedule your appointment.
All patients and visitors should utilize the hand sanitizing stations we have set up throughout the office.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick
Hand washing for at least 20 seconds with hot water and soap
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to give the office a call (616) 844-6900
Sincerely,
Dr. Paul Creason
