We sure have had some changes this year, we recently took on a new practice management software, which was a big learning experience for us all! We can now proudly say that we are all now better, smarter, and stronger because of it! 😁
We have a lot of education going on too! Four of our existing team members are furthering their education in the dental field - some are doing online certifications and some are back in college to become dental hygienists and we are proud of them all! 🎓
Caryl our long-term, hilarious, fun, feisty, joyful and super smart insurance coordinator has retired! We thank her for all of her fabulous service with our office - that laugh will be missed everyday throughout our office. 🤣 With a retirement and several team members headed to school, we had to bring on many new faces this year and thought we would help you get to know them!
Lori is an RDA who joined us early in 2026 - she had a baby just shortly after so it seems a bit more like she joined us this summer. She works 3 days per week and has three beautiful kiddos at home!🥰
Geena, an Insurance Coordinator of many years, helped us cover an unexpected surgery leave earlier this summer. 😲 We are excited to say that she has now agreed to come back and will join us 3 days per week in the fall to cover Caryl's position. Geena has 2 adorable children at home and is currently enjoying extra time with them this summer! ☀
Janae, our existing Scheduling Coordinator, will also be covering some of Caryl's position - she is enjoying the switch and the responsibility changes. With her moving to checkout, we needed to hire some new front desk faces. Meet Cailey and Lexi! They are both full-time and just joined us in July -they are enjoying learning all of the new dental information. Cailey has a sweet new baby at home and Lexi enjoys farming with her grandparents! 🍼 🐴
Lastly, Emily, our newest Dental Assistant has just recently joined us and will be spending a year or so with us while she prepares for dental school! We are thankful to have her with us and love that we get to a part of her journey to becoming a Dentist! 🦷❤🦷
