🦷✨ Excited to share a comprehensive case I completed a few months ago! This one had a bit of everything. The upper dentition was non-restorable, so we opted for a straightforward all-on-X treatment. The real challenge was the lower jaw, where the anterior teeth were in good condition, but there was significant horizontal and vertical bone loss in the edentulous posterior region. With a combination of advanced bone and gum grafting and porcelain veneers, we were able to achieve beautiful and natural smile for her.
The upper treatment was completed in just one day, while the lower took a year! I'm grateful for the patient's trust and willingness to embark on this journey instead of opting for lower teeth removal. All lab work was done in-office by me and my assistant. Thrilled with the results! 🙏
