Job description:
Pay $22-35 hours per hour (depends on experience, reliability, role assistant is taking on in the business and willingness to be trained). Starting at 16 days per month.

The practice’s core foundation will focus on customer service. We will place emphasis on a consistent, fun, and encouraging work environment for our team. Patient care will focus on building relationships with patients to develop the best long-term plan and treatment outcome. This team will support one another and be accountable for each other. This practice will be setting the bar high for an amazing patient experience.
This opportunity includes working with patient’s directly through assisting in surgical procedures and providing patient education during consultation. An assistant in this position will be trained in all aspects of periodontics including knowledge of why a surgery is necessary, how to execute a surgery, and the best way to follow-up with all surgery patients. This position will be engaging for someone driven by providing the best possible outcome for patients - down to the very last detail. Growth, as an individual and as a teammate are required.
Travel stipend/mileage offered based on practice locations and where the employee lives. 401K offered with continuing education reimbursement per approval. Bonuses for hard work, reliability and efficiency will be set for every individual who joins the company.
