To all our valued patients:
Happy New Year!
I hope it gets off to a healthy start!
And while things have changed over the past 2 years, some things have stayed the same.
One of those is our commitment to keeping ourselves and our patients safe and healthy.
The omicron variant is spreading fast and while it's not as dangerous, it still is of a big concern to us. So we are reaffirming our vigilance with office protocols to be able to treat our patients safely.
-We are still having everyone that comes into the office wash their hands.
-We insist on patients wearing masks entering and leaving the office.
-We are changing our air filters in the rooms AND in the HVAC regularly to keep them working optimally.
-We are keeping the windows open to allow the fresh air in and to ventilate the treatment rooms quickly.
-We are all vaccinated and are continuing with the mask wearing at all times.
-We are getting patients in early or at least on time to avoid any crowding in the waiting lobby.
-We have fans running in the hallway to avoid any kind of dead air.
-We are disinfecting the high-volume touched surfaces multiple times per day.
To date, there has been NO contact tracing of any kind of transmission from dental offices. We are at the leading edge of safety when it comes to airborne illnesses. Rest assured, it doesn't get any safer than this.
