Can your little one make it to TWO minutes? ⏰🪥
Two minutes can feel like forever to a young brusher! Try these fun tricks to make brushing time easier:
🎵 Sing a song! Pick a favorite song that lasts about 2 minutes and brush until the song is over.
⏱️ Use a timer! A fun visual timer or brushing app can help kids see how much time is left.
🪥 Make it a family affair! Brush together and let your child watch you brush for the full two minutes.
🎲 Make it a game! Challenge your little one to find all the “sugar bugs” hiding on their teeth.
⭐ Celebrate the win! Praise their effort when they make it through the full two minutes!

It’s even harder than your bones! 😱
But here’s the catch… enamel can’t grow back once it’s lost. So even though your teeth are super strong, they still need your help!
🪥 Brush them twice a day
💧 Drink plenty of water
🍭 Don’t let sugar hang around all day
🦷 And visit your dentist to keep your tooth armor strong!
