Here are some healthy SMILE habits for your kiddos this summer.🏖️

🪥Brush twice a day /Start the day with a sparkle and end it with a shine for 2 minutes each time.

🦷Don’t forget to floss. Flossing once a day is a great way to make sure any food and sugar bugs are gone.

🍎Limit sugary snacks and drinks.
Summer treats are fun, but too much sugar can lead to cavities.

🚰Drink plenty of water. Make a splash with water! It helps rinse away food and those sneaky sugar bugs.
