🦷 Baby teeth matter more than you think!

A cavity in a baby tooth isn't "just a baby tooth"—it can lead to pain, infection, trouble eating and sleeping, speech problems, and even affect how permanent teeth come in.

The good news? Most cavities are preventable with regular brushing, flossing, healthy habits, and routine dental checkups.

💜💚💙 If you think your child may have a cavity, don't wait! Give RVA Children's Dentistry a call today so we can help keep those little smiles healthy and bright.

🏈🦷 Protect Their Smile This Sports Season! 🦷⚽

No matter the sport, a properly fitted mouth guard can help protect your child's teeth from serious injuries.

A mouth guard is a small piece of equipment that can make a BIG difference—so don't forget to wear it at every practice and every game!

🦷 Quick question for parents... When was the last time your child had dental X-rays? 🤔

Many dental problems can't be seen by simply looking in the mouth. X-rays help us find hidden cavities, monitor growing teeth, and catch small issues before they become bigger ones—all while using very low levels of radiation and only when they're needed.

At RVA Children's Dentistry, we're dedicated to Creating a Lifetime of Smiles by giving your child the best care possible every step of the way. 💜💙💚
