When this patient came to us at age 9, his parents were concerned — one of his front teeth still hadn’t come in, even though it should have erupted around age 7. It was stuck inside the gums due to lack of space, and he also had crossbites in the front and back. We started Phase 1 treatment with braces, and in just 11 months, we created the room he needed, guided that front tooth down, corrected the crossbites, and gave him a smile that shows off all the right teeth. Early treatment = big impact 💪🦷✨
