Here are 6 helpful tips for healthy smiles!

1. 🪥 BRUSHING DAILY- pair it with something you already do, like brushing right after waking up or right before snuggling into bed in pajamas!

2. 🍓SNACKS- Choose tooth-friendly snacks! Encourage fruits, cheese, or whole grain crackers.

3. 💧WATER- Encourage your kiddos to sip water all day long. It helps keep their mouths clean and wash away leftover food.

4. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 ASSISTED BRUSHING- Help your little ones brush and floss until they’re about 7 years old. It’s a fun bonding time and helps them learn!

5. 📆 DENTAL APPT.- Schedule dental visits every 6 months! Start by their 1st birthday or when their first tooth appears to catch any trouble early!
