Healthy gums are an important part of a healthy smile, and it all starts with good habits early on. 😄

For children, gum care can be as simple as following the 2-2-2 Rule:
✅ Brush for 2 minutes
✅ 2 times a day
✅ Visit the dentist 2 times a year

🧵 And don't forget to make flossing part of the daily routine to help keep gums healthy and smiles strong! Flossing helps remove plaque from between teeth and along the gumline, where toothbrushes can't always reach.
