Regular teeth cleanings should be done at least every 6 months to prevent tooth decay and also loss of bone and gums around teeth. Life is busy and it's easy to forget and let dental checkups slip through the cracks!
We were able to see this patient that was past due for their cleaning to get their oral health back on track for 2023!
This year remember to take time for self care including your teeth, your future self will thank you! 😁

Dental cavities are created slowly over time from bacteria in your mouth that dissolve teeth by producing acid. While they are easily treatable, prevention is the best practice by creating healthy dental habits like brushing, flossing and regular dental check ups and cleanings.

We saw this patient today to have their cavity treated in under 30 minutes! We were grateful to see them before it became painful and more difficult to fix.
