Another immediate Denture! With 2 implants over dentures. Implants were placed immediately after extraction with appropriate locators to creat a beautiful Tissue (issue!). Patients was in and out of office within one☝🏻 hour. Love doing this cases and to see how fast we can improve some amazing people life 🙌🏻

Implant Over Denture (Removable but ...)👌🏻👌🏻 it’s always an special day when you attach them. Patient would love them, because now they get back about 40 to 50% of their chewing force back 💪🏻

Immediate Denture!
Amazing outcome for this amazing patient. Total chair time was 90 minutes! She got an immediate denture right after Full arch extractions! She left HAPPY, THANKFUL, and most important of all CONFIDENT that now she can SMILE without hesitation😌 HAPPY FRIDAY TO YOU ALL. Moments like this are the reason I choose this profession and that’s why I am eager to learn more and more everyday.

This awesome 80 years old young female pt presented with loose bridge from 31-27 with significant bone loss around #31 and failed RCT on #27 which created a huge defect in that area. After examination of her CBCT I decided to ext #31 and 28, bone graft 28 and place 2 implants for her on #30 + 29 and create a nice cantilever bridge from them to replace #28 due to the bone loss in that region. turned out fabulous 👌🏻🙌🏻

I think one of the most important factor in longevity of Over Denture is “Location of the Implants”. Not just how far from each other for cantilever point of view but also not too buccal not too lingual! This way pt will have appropriate amount of Keratinized tissue around those locators.
I have a cleaning protocol for every implant I place and it’s “Discounted Implant Maintenance every 3-5 months based on patient oral hygiene”
I truly care for every single implant I have ever placed and I want them to last a life time for my patients. 🦷XO

One of my favorite procedures is CTG (connective tissue graft). Exposure of a tooth's root due to a receding gum line is very common and it’s fixable by a quick surgery. This post shows series of pictures before, immediate and then post-op duration of 3 weeks! You can appreciate how patient get an amazing amount of KG tissue back without any complication and with a non-invasive surgery.
