Our office and team stand out in the dental industry! We have state of the art technology, organization and a systematic approach, plus well trained team members. Patients appreciate our professionalism and friendliness. Our facility is amazing and very clean. Weβre looking for a warm, caring person to be our number one 'marketing agent'. As the face of our practice, youβd be responsible for:
Greeting patients as they arrive
Answering phone calls and emails from patients Scheduling for production Recare and reactivation Updating patientβs health histories Noting incomplete treatment, need for x-rays, BP, photos and perio probing on the schedule Verifying insurance benefits Posting to Facebook Keep the reception area and patient restroom clean and neat
Necessary qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong English skills and good writing abilities Proven experience woking in a dental office Proficient in dental practice management software; prefer Dentrix experience Good telephone etiquette Sound organizational skills
Pay and benefits:
Competitive pay
Raises are given as earned, not based on time in the practice Dental services are provided to the team member and immediate family Bi-monthly stipend for medical coverage Continuing education Uniform and shoe allowance PTO
6 paid holidays, regardless of when the holiday falls Office hours: 7-3 patient hours, M-Th with one Friday/month depending on the schedule
