With four convenient locations across the Puget Sound region, we are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our administrative team. All positions at our practice offer opportunities for professional growth based on individual employee goals and interests. Pay for this role is commensurate with experience.

This position requires the ability to work in at least three of our four office locations (Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, and Silverdale). Flexibility and reliable transportation are essential.

This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing patient communication, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting smooth clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys helping others, and brings professionalism and empathy to every interaction.
