Green Family Dental is seeking a motivated and team-oriented dental assistant to help us provide excellent care to our patients. We are a general practice, treating both adults and kids. A great attitude and great communication skills are at the top of the list of requirements.
- Full-time position, 4 days per week
- Alternating four-day weekends!
- Clean and sterilize equipment
- Turn over restorative and hygiene rooms
- General office cleaning and maintenance
- Benefits will include: paid holidays, sick pay, vacation, a bonus system, and health care contribution

Our Gig Harbor general dental office is looking for a new account coordinator to help manage patient accounts and provide reception support at the front desk. We have a very organized and tidy AR currently, so the new account coordinator would have a straightforward transition. Job duties would include preparing for upcoming appointments by verifying insurance and calculating patient payments, posting treatment and submitting claims, managing outstanding balances and sending statements, greeting patients and checking them in, presenting a quick report at the morning huddle each day for the past and current day’s production summary, and other small tasks. This individual would also need to be willing to have plenty of fun on the job, have a good sense of humor, be an amazing team player, and be available for an occasional after-work outing to a local favorite hang-out for some “team building”. We do offer standard benefits.
