Jobs are like friends. Some are for a reason, some are just for a season, and some are for life.

SCO wouldn’t be who we are without our “Lifers” - these talented women, who have made Orthodontics their career of choice, possess superior knowledge and expertise that our patients benefit from every day. 💯

But we also often have the honor of being the work home for just a season of someone’s career - a mere stepping stone on the way to what the rest of their life has for them. We love and invest in these work friends as if they are staying here forever and that makes it especially sad for all of us when they leave. 🥹🥰

Anderson, thank you for your time at SCO. You left your mark and we will miss you! 😘

When a representative from Dr. Kyle’s small town Alma Mater makes the trip across the Mississippi to check in on one of their esteemed alums and bring some Searcy, Arkansas specialty items…

… And they find that not just one, but two more recent HU alum are also working at SCO! 🤯 It was a HAPPY day in our break room. 🤗🤤

Harding University and Wild Sweet Williams, you served us up a box full of treats that made our office happier than you could have expected! Thanks for thinking of us!!! 🥰🦬

☝️ An anterior open bite with a tongue thrust and snoring
✌🏻 Flared upper incisors, spacing, and a diastema caused by a strong frenum
🤟 Crowded lower incisors and signs of an underbite tendency

Over 2 years with braces, we:

🙌🏻 Flipped the upper braces and performed interproximal reduction to upright the teeth and improve contacts
