🚨 Major Transformation Alert !!!🚨 Here we have new teeth supported by dental implants. One of my favorite and most dramatic makeovers of the year and possibly of my career to date.

Truly life changing dentistry! Besides making already nice teeth look nicer with veneers; these cases give me a different level of zeal to wake up everyday to treat. This will be a case i’ll present in lecture circles in the future.

A common situation I often encounter are missing lateral incisors that never grew in. This create an uneven alignment and spacing of the front teeth. An orthodontist can align the teeth appropriately and create enough room for teeth replacement.

While implants are best for replacing teeth, age plays an important role. When a patient is too young, like this case a fixed Maryland Bridge is used to replace the missing teeth until the patient has completed full skeletal development; at this time implant teeth replacement may be performed.
