🎡🐄🍎 Topsfield Fair season is here! 🎠

As a pediatric dentist AND a mom, I’m all about finding those little moments that make childhood so special — and the Topsfield Fair is definitely one of them! ❤️

From the rides and animals to the games, food, and (yes!) plenty of sweet treats, it’s a place to make some pretty great family memories.

And as a dentist, I’m a big believer in balance. Enjoy the cotton candy, grab the caramel apple, have the fun… and then head home, brush those teeth, and get back to your usual routine! 🪥😉

Ice cream is a better choice and less sticky than many chewy candies, making it a fun treat that doesn’t cling to teeth as much.

So grab that cone, enjoy the last days of warm weather, and remember: everything in moderation + a little water afterward! 💙

Sometimes, something that seems small to us can feel like a really big deal to a child. A white spot or discoloration may make them hesitant to smile, take pictures, or simply feel confident about their teeth. 💙
