Very thin bone and had to do some extra procedures to place this implant and grafted afterwards. As shown on CT scan this bone is very very thin for any implant but with bone split technique and veneer bone graft we are able to achieve predictable implant placement on this site. Patient was here because she did not like the shape and color of her teeth. We designed the teeth and made sure patient approved the design and characteristics to be added to teeth prior to starting the case. Patient came in with daily root canal treated tooth and loose crown. Removed the root tip and placed immediate implant and made a temporary crown for implant all done in timely manner to make sure she is going home with a tooth on there.
