Today was a big day for these twins! 🎉

Caiden (on the right) officially started his orthodontic journey with his new braces, while his twin brother, Carter (on the left), stopped by for his adjustment appointment. It’s always fun watching siblings—and especially twins—go through treatment together!

We can’t wait to see both of their smile transformations over the coming months. Thanks for trusting Koch Orthodontics to be part of your journey! 💙

Dr. Koch recently returned to his alma mater, the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, to celebrate a meaningful contribution from the Class of 1986! Through their generous class gift, a new operatory chair was donated to the AEGD Clinic, helping support the education and clinical training of future dental professionals.

It was a special opportunity to give back to the institution that helped shape his career and to see firsthand the impact this donation will have on students and patients for years to come.

Thank you to the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and the Class of 1986 for investing in the future of dentistry!

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads in our community!

Today is especially meaningful for our office because we have the privilege of working together as father and son everyday.  Building smiles side by side has taught us the value of hard-work, trust, and the importance of family—lessons that extend far beyond orthodontics.

We’re grateful for the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who support their families, encourage confidence, and help create reasons to smile everyday.
