After completing her upper restorations, the greatest compliment came when someone asked: “What toothpaste have you been using?”

Denture Refresh
We took this patient’s tried and true original acrylic denture and restored it with a 3D printed modern denture. Same smile, just elevated.

His original denture had worn down posterior teeth and chipped anteriors, but the fit against his tissues/palate was still great! Dr. Chan did a 360° scan of the existing denture to replicate the internal surface exactly, used a leaf gauge to open the bite to restore the molars, and re-set new teeth digitally in Exocad. A new denture was printed and hand characterized.

No try-in visits. Delivery was less than 5 minutes. No adjustments.

We are so grateful that this SWEET patient chose to come to our practice. She has a heart of gold and is the one of happiest and most positive people we know. Dr. Chan was able to design and deliver her temporary healing dentures this week and this is the result- a smile that lights up the room.

Restoring a smile is about so much more than teeth—it’s about confidence, health, and happiness. We’re so grateful she trusted us with her journey, and we’re honored to be part of bringing her smile back to life.

Last week Dr. Chan started her training at the prestigious Kois Center. This class was signed up for in 2024, and to say it was worth the wait would put it mildly. 5 consecutive 11 hour days of learning the highest evidence-based protocols to take us to the next level of dental care. At Treat Dental we are committed to positioning ourselves among the best health practitioners in our area, and this means giving our patients the opportunity of life changing dentistry and true comprehensive care. We have a system now for well-rounded data collection and diagnosis for our patients smile concerns, bite/jaw issues, periodontal disease risk, and caries risk.

Have you heard of a tooth implant? Ever wonder what that means exactly? If you have a missing tooth you can have a total tooth replacement with an implant and implant restoration. The implant itself is similar to a small screw that is placed in your jaw where your tooth’s root used to be. This is done by our trusted surgeon. After some healing time, it’s Dr. Chan’s job to place the part that will look and function like your tooth (the implant restoration)!

NEW SERVICE ALERT- we are now milling crown and porcelain work in office! This means quicker turnaround for crowns (less time in temps!) and all work is designed and finished by Dr. Chan herself. Possibilities for restorative options in our office are just about endless utilizing 3D printing, porcelain milling, and direct resin bonding.

Cosmetic bonding to repair chips on #7 and 9. The “After” photo is fresh out of the rubber dam, so teeth are still dehydrated ( #8 stands out after dehydration with existing old bonding on the mesial half).
