We’re excited to welcome our newest dental assistant Karen. Though she’s new to dentistry, she’s enjoying every step of the learning process and fitting right in!

About Karen:
My name is Karen Benedict, and I’m a Garden Valley resident. This will be my 20th winter in Boise County! I’m a Mama of 8 grown children and Grandma to six young ones!!! I love quilting, gardening, traveling, the vast ocean and mountain living. My heart is to bring joy & light to all those I meet and greet…I’ve been told that my smile does that. 😊It’s been a great experience learning the world and work of dentistry under Dr. Hicks. I look forward to helping you smile!😊

Garden Valley Dental would like to welcome Dr. Alexander Hicks to their practice and are proud to announce that they are open to taking new patients.
Dr. Hicks is a native of Las Vegas, but attended school at Boise State University. He played with the Blue Thunder Marching Band and participated as a practice player for the BSU women's basketball team. He and his fiancé have two beautiful children.
