I absolutely love martial arts, and I’m so glad we were able to do this together today as a team. It’s the best stress reliever, and I’ve always wanted my team to experience that same energy and clarity I feel after a good workout. The class and the energy were amazing—it really is the ultimate de-stressor.

Yes, we did this during our lunch break from 12 to 1. We all changed, got our workout in, and by 1 o’clock we were right back to work, feeling refreshed and recharged. So proud of my team for trying something new 🤩🥊👏
