An all around pleasant experience! - by Monica B.

What a beautiful office followed by a wonderful, caring staff! The receptionists were such a pleasure, my hygienist Debbie was an absolute treasure! So gentle, and what clean teeth in the end! Dr. Gut and his colleagues are nothing but professional and social, it was definitely a pleasurable visit to the dentist and I would highly advise anyone looking for a new dental office to try this gem out!

UPDATE: Deb, a relatively new hygienist in Dr. Gut’s office, is terrific. I recently returned there after my self-imposed COVID exile. She said she worked with Dr. Gut some years ago, but only recently returned to his employ.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Due to a less than satisfying experience at another dentist's office, I decided to switch to Dr. Gut in the middle of an extensive amount of dental work. The multitude of positive reviews across the Internet helped me make up my mind to switch to Heritage Dental.Even though my first appointment was a quick one, I am already glad I made the switch. As soon as I walked through the door, I was impressed with the spacious waiting area. I was promptly given a friendly greeting and asked to fill out some paperwork.Very soon after completing the paperwork, I was taken into an exam room and, after a minimal wait, saw Dr. Gut. He was just as friendly as his office's atmosphere would lead one to expect. After examining my teeth, he directed a member of his staff to contact my former dentist's office to ask that they email my x-rays over.I heard them do so in another room and I am sure that Dr. Gut's assistant's friendliness was a positive factor in getting my former dentist's assistant to email the x-rays right away. After a brief consultation regarding submitting proposals to insurance for pre-approval, I was on my way! I am quite hopeful that my future experience(s) will be just as pleasant as my initial one was.Thanks again and see you soon!
