We always say the best part of our job is watching our patients grow up, but it’s even more special when they grow up and decide to stay for 16 years!

Last month we celebrated something really special: Jaime’s 16th work anniversary. Jaime actually sat in these same chairs as a kid, so she knows exactly what it takes to make a visit feel safe, fun, and easy for our patients today. For over a decade and a half, she’s been the warm, reassuring face parents count on when they want the absolute best for their kids.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Jaime soaking up the sun on family beach days or spoiling her two rescue pups rotten.

Jaime, thank you for 16 years of keeping our community’s little smiles bright and healthy. This place wouldn’t be the same without you. We love you! 💙

Almost two years ago, Jelani found her calling in dental assisting, and she hasn’t looked back since. As one of many kids in a big family, she’s a natural with little ones, which makes pediatric dentistry feel less like a job and more like home.

Ask her what she loves most, and the answer is easy: watching first - timers turn into regulars who run through the door grinning at every visit. 💙

Outside of the office, Jelani is all about good food, great company, and a competitive game night with family and friends.
