UF ASDA attended the Florida Dental Convention in sunny Orlando, Fl ☀️ What a great event where we got to network, learn, and advocate for the profession. Looking forward to many more years!

Applications to become a UF ASDA Director are now open! If you’re interested, fill out the form and learn more about available roles through the link in our bio. Applications are due Thursday, June 18th at 11:59pm. Please note that active ASDA membership will be required in the Fall to retain your position if selected.
Directorships are one of the best ways to get involved, build leadership skills, and make a real impact in our chapter. Positions range from Lunch and Learn to Business Symposium Directors, so there’s truly something for everyone! Check your email for more details, and we look forward to seeing you on the team! 🐊🦷

UF ASDA members traveled to Jacksonville, Florida to volunteer at this year’s annual Florida Mission of Mercy. What an amazing event hosted by The Florida Dental Association! We can’t wait to join again next year 🐊💙🧡

ASDA PRE-DENTAL DAY 2026 🦷

Over 100 students attended this year’s annual pre-dental day event at UFCD, our biggest turnout yet! Our students got to hear from our amazing faculty Dr.Sandow and Dr.Fadanelli, preparing them for the future of dentistry.
Our students got to see:
• mock interviews
• dental student Q&A panel
• DAT bootcamp presentation
• composite restorations in sim lab
• alginate impressions in clinic

Such a fun filled day that wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing volunteers, thank you so much for making this event a huge success! 🩵

The annual Dentists’ Day on the Hill took place on March 25th. Our members had the opportunity to travel to Tallahassee where they learned about advocacy and the legislative aspect of dentistry! 👏👏👏
