Dr Reis received his DDS degree in 1999 from the Campinas State University in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He concluded his Masters in Operative Dentistry in 2003 and PhD in 2005. He is actively involved in teaching and research at the Guarulhos University, in Sao Paulo. He is the 2005 recipient of the Paffenbarger Award from the Academy of Dental Materials, and in 2006, he received the Hatton Award, from t
he International Association for Dental Research. He has presented numerous lectures and hands-on seminars nationally and internationally for dental organizations, universities, and study clubs. He has published over 60 articles on the study of Adhesive and Esthetic Dentistry materials and techniques. He maintains a private practice dedicated to Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry located in Sao Paulo. Dr. André Reis graduou-se em Odontologia pela UNICAMP em 1999, concluiu o mestrado em Clínica Odontológica, na área de concentração em Dentística pela UNICAMP em 2003 e o doutorado em Clínica Odontológica pela UNICAMP e University of North Carolina em 2005. Recebeu o prêmio Paffenbarger Award pela Academy of Dental Materials e o Hatton Award, pela Sociedade Brasileira de Pesquisa Odontológica / International Association for Dental Research. Atualmente é professor dos Programas de Mestrado e Doutorado em Odontologia da Universidade Guarulhos. Publicou diversos artigos científicos na área de Odontologia Adesiva. Atua em clínica privada e presta consultoria para o desenvolvimento de novos materiais restauradores adesivos.
