What a great experience at the Growth Summit for our entire GDC team! Two days packed with continuing education, team building opportunities, and so many fun moments. Narlyn and Angela make an incredible duo, supporting each other throughout the workweek to ensure our patients are receiving the best care possible. They are both a calming presence for patients, highly skilled in their profession, and just fun to be around. It’s a joy to work with them each day and we love any excuse to spoil them with treats, gifts, and shout them out in an appreciation post online! We are excited to celebrate another work anniversary this month - It’s been 3 years of excellent patient care and unbelievable fun with our sweet hygienist, Heather! She is kind and gentle with her patients, always looking for ways to help her teammates around the office, and never misses an opportunity to dazzle us with her witticisms. Even with over a decade of experience, she has a love of learning that keeps her excited about new technologies and methodologies in dentistry, so it’s no wonder that her patients give her rave reviews. We feel so lucky to have her as part of our team! Happy anniversary, Heather!

This week we celebrate 2 years of working alongside our amazing team member, Candace! She is excellence personified, a natural leader, and a huge contributor to the growth and trajectory of our practice. Our office is seeking an expanded functions dental assistant to join our team of fun and compassionate professionals, as our current, valued team member is relocating out of state later this year. While we would like to allow ample time for training to help ensure a smooth transition, our hiring timeline is flexible. We can accommodate immediate employment or a delayed start, and encourage all interested candidates to apply! Pay rate is competitive and negotiable with experience.
