Wishing Simon a very happy 9-year work-iversary!
It’s been an absolute joy and gift to work with this guy, by my side, every day.
He has so many great qualities. He is great with people, detail oriented, tinkers in the IT help department, knows his insurances, has cool tattoos, as well as many other cool things… but most of all, we appreciate his humor!! He keeps the mood light and easy when work can be tough.
Backstory: when I first bought the practice, I had no staff. I needed a warm body to answer the phones and check patients in. He was at the end of my driveway with a fresh green card (bc he is my neighbor, not my stalker!). I asked if he could just come in and help us out for a few weeks until I hire someone. That turned into a part time job, then a full time job, and now the office manager of the entire practice. I’m so grateful to have such a great person as an employee, but more importantly, as a friend.
Thank you for all you do for me, the team and the patients. Happy 9-year work anniversary Simon!!!
