BEFORE & AFTER!
This patient presented with failing composite restorations on her two front central incisors. We were able to restore #8 with composite bonding due to the amount of remaining tooth structure and crown #9 because it was endodontically treated.
The results speak for themselves! When we showed her the final results, she exclaimed, “Who is that pretty lady?!”

Following up on a case we shared at the end of August… the transformation continues! 🦷
We started by crowning the four upper incisors. After allowing time for the patient to adjust, we continued treatment by crowning the upper right canine and bicuspid, as well as completing a bridge on the upper left to fill in the missing space.
These changes have made a HUGE difference in the patient’s overall smile aesthetics — lengthening the teeth, creating a more natural smile line, and filling out the buccal corridors for a fuller, more balanced smile.
And… WE’RE NOT DONE YET! 🙌
The patient would like to continue the transformation by crowning the lower anterior teeth as well.
A little reminder that smile transformations don’t happen overnight! They take time, planning, patience, and multiple stages — but they are SO worth the wait!
We’re loving watching this smile come together, one step at a time! ✨

We have LOVED having Chrishana work with our team over the past month.
She has been so helpful in every aspect of our office, always looking for ways to help, willing to assist with any procedure, and even stepping in to help at the front desk. She is wonderful with our patients and has personality PLUS!

A Smile Transformation in Progress!
This patient presented with discolored, failing composite restorations and a reverse smile line. Her goal was a brighter, healthier-looking, more esthetic smile—and we’re taking it one step at a time!
Our first stage was replacing the existing restorations on the four upper incisors with crowns, creating a more harmonious smile line and improving the overall esthetics.
And this is just the beginning! 🙌
Our long-term plan is to continue the transformation by eventually completing the upper arch with crowns on the canines and bicuspids, along with a bridge to replace the missing teeth in the #11– #13 area. We’ll also be working toward full-coverage crowns on the lower teeth as we progress.
Big smile transformations don’t always happen overnight—they take time, planning, and multiple stages. But even at this early point, the difference is already dramatic!
We can’t wait to see this beautiful smile continue to evolve! 🦷

Check out these before-and-after photos following a scaling and root planing (SRP) procedure—also known as a very deep cleaning performed both above and below the gumline.
This patient had significant calculus buildup on both the anterior and posterior teeth. These photos show some of the thick calculus that was carefully scaled away!
