I would like to highly recommend Fariba for employment with your concern. I worked closely with her from May 2009 to September 22, 2013 as an associate at Dossett Dental. She was always present with her attitude consistently focused on the business at hand.

Whenever an atypical situation presented itself she was a problem solver. She would listen intently to what you have to say and respond with "I can do that" or similar phrases.

With patients she would take a solution-oriented approach as well. She was quick to look and find solutions for the patient's economic challenges. This is a large practice that requires a manager who can see the whole picture - this is one of her greatest strengths.

Additionally she is well versed in knowing the clinical solutions and how ti give the patient more information if need be. She can also "pre -heat" the patient quite well before the examination so the dentist is working with a more educated patient.

My dealings with Fariba would be best described as totally professional. She represents the practice well as well as the doctor she works with.

Lastly but not least I consider her a nice person with a consistently pleasant demeanor. She would represent your practice well.
