Think chewing gum all day is harmless? Your jaw might disagree.

Your teeth should only touch when you’re eating or swallowing. Constant gum chewing increases tooth contact and keeps your jaw muscles working overtime, which can lead to tension, wear, and even TMJ symptoms.
