As a recently opened dental office as of June 2022, Dr. Robert Carter and Dr. Daniel Stipe are dentists in Frisco who bring years of experience and knowledge to the field of dentistry. At Blue Star Smiles, they lead a team of professionals who are committed to providing optimal care to patients of all ages. A native of southwest Arkansas, Dr. Carter graduated from the University of Tennessee Colle

ge of Dentistry in 1996 before returning to Hope, AR, to practice dentistry. A strong dental advocate, he began participating in local dental screenings at nearby primary schools in the early 2000s. Through this, he was shocked to discover the lack of childhood cavity treatment in the community. As a result, he established the Smiles of Arkansas Dental Center in Hope as a way to not only serve populations in underserved communities but also change the dental culture of the area. This led children throughout Hempstead County to have access to high-quality dental care. Over the years, the dental office expanded to other areas of Arkansas, including DeQueen, Magnolia, and Texarkana. Dr. Carter then decided to settle in Frisco, TX, where he now serves as the lead dentist at Blue Star Smiles. Although the former office of Thomas Grant, patient-focused care remains, ensuring all individuals, no matter their age, are provided the best possible care. From infants to grandparents, there is no smile Dr. Carter and his team cannot treat. Offering an array of comprehensive services all in one convenient location, they incorporate the use of advanced dental technology to guarantee greater accuracy when preparing treatment plans as well as reduced recovery times.
