A good dentist never gets on your nerves… but a cracked filling can!

If you find yourself with a cracked filling, make sure you call us ASAP! In the meantime:

👉Avoid biting down too hard, and try to avoid hard foods like nuts, seeds, and hard candy
👉Wear a mouthguard at night while you sleep to help prevent your teeth from grinding
👉And, of course, get to the dentist sooner rather than later! It’s most likely you’ll end up needing a crown.
