We’re excited to introduce our hygienist Yer, the latest addition to the Steady Dental team! He is a Licensed Dental Hygienist, with over a decade of experience working with patients—first as an assistant, and now as a hygienist. Yer has a quiet calm that puts his patients at ease, and a gentle, relaxed demeanor.

Dr. Weinand has known Yer since the beginning of his career—he was one of Dr. Weinand’s assistants for a while—and he impressed Dr. Weinand with his intelligence and skill.

Dr. Weinand and his wife (also a dentist!) attended the annual Star of the North dental conference in St. Paul this week. He keeps current with his continuing education: learning about the latest scanning technology, the practical applications of lasers in dentistry, bone grafting, and refining injection techniques—and still finding time to have lively lunch discussions with his colleagues!
