Drink lots of water 24 hours before
appointment. 💦
Do not brush teeth or
floss at least 2 hours before.
why?
When we brush our teeth, our gums
naturally separate from our teeth. It can take 2-6
hours for them to return to
normal.
If you were to whiten before the 2 hours
the gel would seep into the exposed
gums, & this can cause discomfort.
Make sure to eat before your
appointment! Eating is not
recommended for at least two hours
after your appointment.
