Keep your smile clear & fresh! 🦷✨ Tap save to keep these retainer & aligner care tips handy:
🚰 Rinse daily — Always rinse with cool or lukewarm water right after taking them out. And before putting it back
🪥 Brush gently — Use a soft brush and mild dish soap. Skip toothpaste—it’s abrasive and can scratch the plastic!
🧼 Soak weekly — Deep clean 2–3x a week to prevent bacteria buildup.
🔥 Avoid heat — Hot water or a warm will warp the fit.
😁 Wear it — wear it as instructed by your Orthodontist
📦 Case it! — Never wrap them in a napkin (that’s how they get thrown away!). Always store in their case.
