Aubrianna came to us after being referred by her general dentist for an orthodontic evaluation.

At her initial exam, we noted:

✨ Class III bite
✨ Mild upper and lower crowding
✨ Lateral open bite on both sides
✨ Late mixed dentition, meaning some permanent teeth were still making their way in

After reviewing her records, Dr. Beecroft recommended full treatment with upper and lower braces, with an estimated treatment time of 18–22 months.

Aubrianna started treatment in October 2023 with traditional metal braces and light wires to gently begin aligning her smile. Since a few permanent teeth were still erupting, we kept a close eye on her upper right canine and lower right second premolar, which were not ready to be bonded at the start of treatment.

By April 2024, both teeth had erupted enough to be bracketed, allowing us to fully engage them into treatment. Just a few months later, we were able to move into rectangular wires on both arches and begin closing space on the upper arch.

In November 2024, Aubrianna started wearing delta triangle elastics full time on both sides to help close her bite and improve how her teeth came together. From there, treatment shifted into the details that make such a big difference in the final result.

Dr. Beecroft used a TMA upper wire with custom bends to continue refining her alignment and bite. As her treatment progressed, her elastics were changed to nighttime wear only while we focused on finishing details, including correcting the rotation of her lower right incisor.

Aubrianna’s treatment is a great example of how orthodontics can guide a smile through growth, eruption, alignment, and bite correction all at the same time. Every step was carefully planned around where her teeth were developmentally, giving her permanent teeth the room and guidance they needed to come into place beautifully.

Happy 5 year anniversary to Claudia! 💙🧡

For the past 5 years, Claudia has been such an important part of our Beecroft Orthodontics family. At our Stafford front desk, she is a familiar face, a reassuring voice over the phone, and someone our patients and team know they can count on.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, Claudia does so much behind the scenes to keep the day moving smoothly. She helps families find appointment times, answers questions, keeps things organized, and somehow manages to be the glue that holds so many moving pieces together.

We are so grateful for her kindness, her steady presence, and the care she brings to our office every day. Claudia, thank you for 5 wonderful years of helping make our office feel welcoming, calm, and cared for.

Ester came to us after being referred by her general dentist for crowding and an orthodontic evaluation.

At her initial exam, we noted:

✨ Class II bite
✨ Severe upper and lower crowding
✨ Open bite tendency

Ester started treatment around age 13 with upper and lower traditional braces. We began with light NiTi wires to gently start aligning her teeth and correcting rotations. As her smile began to take shape, we advanced into thicker wires and introduced Class II elastics on the left side to help improve her bite and line up her midlines.

As treatment progressed, Dr. Beecroft bonded brackets on her 12-year molars and added delta triangle elastics on both sides to help close her bite. Later in treatment, one of Ester’s baby teeth on the lower right side was not coming out on its own the way we would expect, so Dr. Beecroft referred her to have it extracted. Once that tooth was removed, her lower right premolar finally had the space it needed to erupt. As soon as it came in enough to bond, we were able to bring it into the smile and continue fine-tuning her alignment.

One of the biggest parts of Ester’s success was her elastic wear. She had excellent elastic compliance, which helped us make the bite corrections needed throughout treatment.

Once her alignment looked great, we used power chain to close remaining lower spaces and an upper art spring to correct the inclination of her upper front teeth. These finishing details helped bring everything together for a balanced, healthy, and beautiful result.

In April 2026, Ester got her braces off and was scanned for Vivera retainers to help protect her new smile.

We are so proud of Ester and the commitment she showed throughout her orthodontic journey. Her hard work truly paid off. ✨

For the past 5 years, Emily has been one of the smiling faces helping welcome patients to Beecroft Orthodontics. As one of our Treatment Coordinators, she is often one of the very first people you meet when you walk through our doors, and she has a special way of making everyone feel comfortable and cared for.

Many of our patients also know Emily and Sandy as our mother daughter duo, which makes her part of the Beecroft family in more ways than one. We are so grateful for her kindness, her heart, and the warmth she brings to our office each day.
