When the front desk says, “I don’t know,” 47 times before 9 AM… 😂☎️

We promise it’s not because they aren’t amazing—our front office team is incredibly knowledgeable about scheduling, membership questions, office policies, appointments, and helping you feel prepared for your visit.

But questions like:
“Why does this tooth hurt?”
“Do I need a crown, filling, extraction, or implant?”
“Can the doctor tell from my X-ray what treatment I need?”
“Will this procedure work for *my* situation?”

…deserve more than a guess over the phone.

At CAD, everyone has a specific role so you receive the best care possible. Our front office is here to get you scheduled, answer logistical questions, and make your experience smooth from the moment you call. Your provider is here to examine you, review your imaging and health history, answer clinical questions, and create a treatment plan specifically for you.

Because dentistry is not one-size-fits-all, and we would never want to give you incomplete answers without actually seeing the full picture. 🤍

So if our sweet front desk says, “I don’t know, but I can get you scheduled with the provider who does,” just know they are protecting your care… one phone call at a time. 😉
