Let’s get real... brushing with braces is a whole new skill set!

Master your technique with these steps:

➡️ Make It Routine: Aim to brush after every meal and snack.
➡️ Start with a Swish: Rinse with water first to loosen up any debris.
➡️ Know the Angles: Hold your brush at a 45-degree angle to clean the gum line, then angle up and down to get under the brackets and wires.
➡️ Take Your Time: Spend at least two minutes ensuring every surface is clean.
➡️ Floss: Use a floss threader or a water flosser for braces to reach the tight spots.
➡️ Rinse Again: Finish strong with an antibacterial mouthwash for braces.
➡️ Check Your Work: Use a mirror to make sure you didn’t miss any spots before you’re done!
