I have absolutely tragic news to share with our dental community. Angelina has been an integral part of the medical billing process at our office. She tragically passed away this past weekend in a car accident in Florida driving back from visiting her husbands daughter. Her husband and stepson survived. I spoke with her on the phone last week for over an hour and the call ended with her telling me that she loved me and I told her that I loved her too. She was the most kind and giving human being. She used to call my boys her nephews. She would do anything to help another person including our patients. She always went the extra mile to check their insurance and be sure that everything was in place to submit for approval. She was THE girl behind the scenes.
Without Angelina, our patients simply would not have been approved.
RIP Angelina. We love you and the world is less bright without you in it. Our hearts are broken.
