Cavity reversal products are real but they are only surface level. They can rebuild and strengthen enamel, but as the severity increases it becomes too late to fix it. A minor solution may exist but prevention is the main goal. It’s best to build a strong foundation in the beginning so you don’t have to rebuild every time.

There are many factors that play into the purpose and loss of wisdom teeth. Their purpose has to do with humans’ previous diets, which consisted of plant roots, nuts, and meat. These things were especially hard to chew since there was no proper way to cook them. Over time, people developed new skills and learned how to prepare the food in a way that makes it easier to eat. Alongside a growth in knowledge, humans also experienced a growth in their brains. In order to adjust to this our jaws had to shrink, but that doesn’t automatically eliminate wisdom teeth from our anatomy. Now when wisdom teeth develop, they no longer have a place, and instead they push on the existing ones in order to make room for themselves. This causes toothaches, sinus issues, and infection, which is why it’s important to get them removed before they cause serious issues.

While scrubbing harder may work for dishes and furniture, your teeth are very different. Scrubbing too hard wears down your enamel and causes gum recession. Remember yellow teeth don’t mean dirty teeth, everyone’s enamel is different. If you really want white teeth opt for dentist approved whitening strips or tooth paste instead of trying to scrub plaque that’s not there.

Studies have shown that children are most prone to cavities during summer time.
This is a result of:
🍦Stores promoting sugary drinks and sweets to keep cool.
⏰Less scheduled meal time leading to snacking.
🪥Children falling short on hygiene habits.

Now of course a sweet treat is great to have every now and then, but it’s important to maintain balance in your meals and encourage consistent hygiene routines for you and your kids!
