We love getting to read to the kids at the daycares around Fort Worth! The kids are always so engaged and excited and we get to be the source of that joy❤️. (The boy in the photo is not a stranger she actually had the pleasure of reading at her son’s daycare that day!)

Who would’ve thought we could take for granted something as simple as a toothbrush, but here we are! For years people lived off nothing but what nature provided and they surely made the most of it. Next time you pick up your toothbrush take a moment to appreciate that you’re not jabbing at your teeth with an old stick.

Apples really are a super food, but they’re not the only food! Fruits overall are amazing for your oral health and should be eaten regularly to maintain a healthy mouth. Strawberries, kiwis, and watermelon may not get the same hype as apples in regard to health but that doesn’t make them any less good.
