New and exciting changes are coming to our office! Dr. Blake has partnered with Dr. Jesse Blair and we have joined the Blair Dental Team! We will now have 5 providers and 3 locations to serve our patients! Blair Dental offers many specialty services, such as, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and many others. Don’t worry, though, Dr. Blake is still here every Monday and Tuesday! Make sure you meet some of the new doctors at your next visit!

Blair Dental is now serving the greater Fort Wayne area with 3 locations!

Let's welcome Dr. Blake and his team to the Blair Dental family! Dr. Blake has been an established dental provider in Waynedale for over 40 years and is very excited to have his legacy continue for many years to come.
