Bespoke OMS had a very special visitor today—Oral Surgeon, Dr. JB Hays and his assistant Janet. If you’re from the River Valley or Northwest Arkansas, you likely know what a privilege it is to cross paths with him.

What made this visit even more meaningful is the story behind it. Just twelve years ago, Dr. Hays was mentoring Dr. Roberts as a pre-dental student, helping guide him on the path to becoming the surgeon he is today.

But the connections don’t stop there. Today’s visit was also a full-circle moment for our team—Nadi, who previously worked as a surgical assistant for Dr. Hays; Terra, who also worked alongside him; and Kim, our office manager, who had the opportunity to work alongside him as a treatment coordinator.

It was truly an honor for Dr. Roberts to welcome Dr. Hays into his new practice and share how far that journey, and these relationships with his new team have come.

Moments like this are what make Bespoke OMS so special—built on mentorship, growth, and lasting connections and memories. 🖤🦷
