Pain isn’t the only sign of a dental problem…

Regular checkups help us spot cavities, gum disease, and other concerns early, sometimes before you notice anything at all.

We highly recommend staying on top of your visits so we can detect and treat early! 🦷

This or that 🪥✨

What matters most isn’t the brush, it’s how you use it.

The American Dental Association notes that both are effective when used properly: 2 minutes, twice a day, with fluoride toothpaste.

Electric brushes may have a slight edge for plaque removal, but good technique is the real game-changer.

While sugary foods and drinks can contribute to cavities, they’re not the whole story.

Cavities develop when bacteria in your mouth feed on carbohydrates and produce acids that weaken tooth enamel. That means factors like poor brushing and flossing habits, frequent snacking, dry mouth, and even genetics can play a role.

Sugar increases your risk, but it’s not the only culprit.

Prevention: Regular brushing, flossing, routine dental visits, drinking water between foods, and an overall balanced diet can help keep cavities at bay!

Maintaining healthy habits matters more than avoiding a single food. Although minimizing sugary snacks and drinks does help a ton!!! ☑️

Bonus tip: Add a brushing session into your lunchtime routine!
